The chance to work with a group of people toward a shared objective over a sustained period of time has been deeply rewarding. When facilitating a workshop I always learn something new. Tackling a problem in collaboration with a team, however, provides a much richer learning process, although the results are often quite unpredictable. When creativity emerges from the force fit of shared effort applied to a specific challenge, it creates new energy, and a flurry of innovative ideas. I have been privileged to participate in many such projects. |
